The menu here is extensive and has options for every type of eater, from those who follow a GF diet, to vegans and vegetarians to carnivores. The selection was great and varied and the food was flavorful and interesting. Our waiter was exceptional, handling our extra large table with ease and perfection. By far, the best meal in the Valley.... More

Have had many meals here and can honestly say, every time it's exceptional. The staff are clearly very well trained and genuinely happy to serve. The food, I love the calamari it's tossed in a red cherry pepper sauce (i think that's correct) and it has a perfect spice to it. Then tenderloin is pretty much the best I've had... More

Small, but interesting higher end menu. This is the only place where to eat if you don't want pub food. Food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. The chef obviously takes pride in his work. Downside, the dining room was filled with screaming running children, should have taken the bar.

Pros: Good location Casual Water was cold and tasted good. Cons: Young girl at hostess stand did not seem interested in us. Did not make us feel welcome. We were not impressed with the flatbread pizza. Very bland. The restaurant and bar area did not look clean. Perhaps it was just rustic. We suggest going to Mulligans in town Square... More

We had dinner last night at the Coyote Grill. Our first time in Waterville Valley and we were swayed by the glowing reviews. The arugula salad was generously sized and delicious with lots of pumpkin seeds .We didn't eat the cranberry relish on top..too goopy. Why not use dried cranberries? There were pieces of roasted squash, but since they were... More

10 of us had dinner there and almost everyone chose something different. I tasted a few of the other choices and ALL were exceptional. I had venison which was as good as any steak I've ever had. All the presentations were beautiful. Butternut squash soup was orgasmic. Great Spring rolls, crispy and flavorful. Everyone raved about their food and wine... More

Great restaurant with really good food and service. Nice choice of daily specials along with a full menu make this the best meal we had in Waterville. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I deducted a star is the you enter through the swimming pool complex downstairs that has the strongest smell of chlorine you can... More

This restaurant was down the road from the hotel were we were staying. Great food. Service was decent but it was a little too loud.
