My meal was excellent. The fresh cut fries were fantastic. The wait staff were very nice and attentive. Prices were average for the area. I would definitely go there again.

The food here is always good. I can recommend the buffalo chicken pizza and the turkey club. They also have 3 different kinds of fries. Prices are average for this area.

I checked out this place before going to Bridgewater for my training. I went to eat there on two occasions. The first time I had their Shepherds Pie, which was pretty good and very filling. I'm no expert on Shepherds Pie, but it was very savory and well prepared. On my next visit, I had one of their signature burgers.... More

Had dinner there yesterday and was not impressed. The place looks nice, but the food was only alright. The home made chips in the Chip Special were nice, but covered in cheese-type food product, the French Fries were cold and soggy, and the Guinness Pulled Pork was flavored in name only. And despite being there at 6:15 and asking for... More

We ordered three things to start with - personal cheese pizza, steamed dumplings, and 'willies' calamari. The pizza looked pathetic, and did not taste much better. Dumplings were very good - but lathered in too much sauce [ask for it on side, maybe, but the dish looked nice]. Calamari was not as good as the menu made it sound -... More

Stopped in to meet an old friend for lunch. Terrific selection of pub fare and beers. My pulled pork on a brioche bun and sweet potato fries were very good. Waiter was friendly and accommodating as we were in no hurry. When we arrived there was a good crowd for a Wednesday, but conversation was easy to maintain. Noticed that... More

Cliched faux Irish bar style with Gaelic signs adorning the walls. As is typical in this part of the world the service was first class and the food was more about quantity than quality. There is a space in the marketplace for this type of bar which Willy McBrides fills admirably and I hope it continues to succeed.

We arrived in New Jersey late @10:30 and needed a bite to eat. The hotel reccomended this venue. It was perfect, good food, great service, great TVs throughout. The kitchen was open with a late night menu. It is surprisingly large with patios and various rooms or spaces to dine in.

Willie McBride's is a welcomed upgrade to Cryans which had a homey "lace curtain" Irish flavor. The new owners have created a wee bit of a eclectic Irish Pub. Great effort was taken in the remodel and decor. The food is good, the staff are helpful and the bar is well stocked. At times it can get deafening. If your... More
