Alright, my wife and I are not connoisseurs of fine Italian cuisine, but we can tell the difference between overpriced panache and a memorable meal. This place falls in between, but leans toward the memorable. At least, for us, the capellini with seafood and chicken parm certainly impressed. Missing was a simple house salad; paying $8 for a teeny pile... More

Really authentic southern Italian cuisine. All dishes were made and served with obvious love and pride. From the starters (OMG the fired shrimp all but floated off the plate) all the way through an almost perfect cannoli (there is no perfect one!) and a brilliant cappuccino. I can't recommend this gem enough.

Pleasant enough welcome. Oysters lacked flavour, not sure about putting smoked salmon on them. Scaloppine with mushrooms and lobster meat nice enough though the lobster added little (except expense!). Claggy cheescake. Overall not actively bad, but not inspiring. Good wine list for a business dinner, good range of upscale Italian and Californian reds, less choice of whites.

We always meet another couple here and start with a drink at the bar before dinner. The Manhattans are made perfectly! Rack of lamb, oysters with salmon and double veal chop were fantastic. Cheesecake was homemade and a fabulous way to end the evening.

Had been a number of months since was last here and business associates suggested it. Arugula salad was good. Clam appetizer was overcooked. Veal Marsala was good although it could have been more tender. Clams over pasta were not washed so pasta was full of sand. We passed on dessert. Wine list is limited and honestly over-priced. Convenient location, however... More

Having been meaning to try this for years we were not disappointed. Despite it being our first visit we were treated as regulars. The specials were great additions, including on this visit the frisee salad and the soft shell crab Francesca (also available in fra diablo !). Great crusty bread that paired exceptionally well with the leftover white wine butter... More

Loud and proud Jersey style upscale Italian ristorante. Service was spot on and the food was really good. The scallop appetizer was ridiculously good and my rack of lamb was dam good. The wine list is deep, but like the food expensive. We were treated really well by the captain and his staff.

Had dinner here last night, i suggest going early! after 7pm there is a wait. i made reservations, and started off with wine. They do have a full bar, mixed drinks are around $10, as is the house wine. Bread and bruschetta brought to the table. The service was a bit weird, it seemed like there was at least 5... More
