I would say we come here as a family around every 2 weeks. The food is good, the staff is pleasant, and it is usually quiet. We are always the loudest tabe. Kids usually get chicken fingers or waffles or pancakes. I go for the chicken franchaise over linquine which is one of the best i have ever had.....wife usually... More

Great, friendly, quiet diner. Good meals, reasonable prices, close to home. Menu variety is wide, try the specials once in awhile.

A little bit pricey but the food is excellent and you do get a lot of it. The service also was excellent. If the prices were a little lower I would eat there more often.

Trail folks meet and eat here regularly; the food is consistently good and portions are large. Very friendly staff. Fair prices for the quality. Adequate cleanliness but men's room often can need a touch up.

I enjoyed this restaurant so much. I found it accidentally (on my way to an estate sale) and am glad we stopped here. I had delicious peanut butter pancakes with perfect hash browns and crispy bacon. The server was extremely sweet and personable. I wish we were staying near here (instead of 40 miles away) because I would have loved... More

A good local Diner, where the Waitresses know everyone by name. Many local families go there for Breakfast on Sat. or Sunday Mornings. If one of the regulars gets their usual the waitress would say "you wanted that with ----- on the side??" And they would say, "Oh yes, I forgot about that, thanks"

The owner, Angelo, is very attentive. His staff really care about their guests. I have never had a bad experience in the 15 years coming to this restaurant.

It's hard to imagine a diner that is run with more love towards its staff and customers than this one. The food changes daily and the cooking is good. When they have Greek specialties or chicken pot pies some of us order them in advance so they don't run out. We have gone about once a week for years.

We consider BFR like a BFF...always there, always faithful, never disappoints. The staff is like family, and knows our faves. When I wasn't feeling well I even got a special bowl of soup not on the menu which was a family recipe when someone is ill. I have had the lemon chicken soup someone else commented on, and it is... It's relaxing, comfortable, and cheerful, but the food is less than top quality -- about the same level as a place like Subway. I had a cup of lemon chicken soup, which was skimpy and bland, and the Italian sub, which was one of the specials the day I went. The meat was fresh but low-grade. The roll was not... More
