Ran across Forno's by chance before a concert at the Prudential Center. Great food and atmosphere. My wife had the filet and I had the Paella Vallencia. Both were delicious! Afterwards when leaving they asked if we wanted to take the shuttle. We said, 'what...More

I'm glad you enjoyed your meal here before the show. Also, it's great you now know about the shuttle service. I'm excited to hear you'll be joining us again -- looking forward to it! Thank you, Andres, Manager

While we haven't visited the Ironbound section in a quite a while, we have eaten at several restaurants here over the years. Our party of four absolutely loved our visit to Forno's. The extensive menu gave us plenty to select from and we were amazed...More

This restaurant believes in quantity over quality. The portions are large, but the food is mediocre. The garlic shrimp was full of raw garlic. Inedible. This restaurant shouldn't take reservations, because they don't honor it anyway. My group had to wait 50 minutes despite having...More

I apologize for the unusually long wait -- that certainly isn't our usual standard of service. As for your garlic shrimp, I wish you let us know you were less than satisfied so that we could be aware at the time. That said, I appreciate...More

Recommended by hotel staff -- not a disappointment. Hotel staff stressed their emphasis on seafood. Linen tablecloths were a nice touch, immediately served a salad, side tray of olives and garlic bread before we ordered - again, a nice touch. We both ordered a seafood...More

The food is so-so. I've been to better places in Ironbound that taste much better. For seafood, try Seabras or Coimbria. The sangria has whiskey and is strong but you really dont taste it. The ambiance is so-so. Not a place that is allergy friendly.

Naveet, I'm sorry you weren't more impressed with our Spanish food. As far as being allergy friendly goes, we always try our best to avoid cross-contact for our guests with allergies. Hope that helps. Best, Andres, Manager

Formos serves all typical Spanish dishes that one expect in a restaurant such as this. Portion are quite large & suitable for sharing. The menu is enormous and contains many steak and seafood items plus chicken and some additional meat dishes. We sampled some steak...More

The service and food were excellent. Our waiter, Escobar, unfortunately has moved on since our visit . (Well he found a better job with less crazy hours than the restaurant industry so it’s happy) The place is fancy but not so much that it’s suffocating...More

I would say 'possibly' The ingredients are gluten free. However the stock, if not made purely from bones and/or shells, may have some type of wheat based ingredient in it. Hopefully its a potato starch, but you should ask
