I have lived in Northfield all my life and this small grocery and deli has been in this location, under various names, for over 70 years. Originally Cook’s grocery, it is now the Northfield Deli. If you’re looking for an excellent, friendly sandwich and/or deli,...this is the place. Very good meats and cheeses, but the secret specialty is the empanadas which are store made and rival any I have had anywhere. They are not always available so call them and check if you’re interested. You can’t go wrong here.More

Great food---Understaffed---Incorrect and Incomplete order---we will go back as we loved the food....Also they use Hunts ketchup and i asked why --because he likes it and it does not have corn syrup in it..In my experience and including the people seated next to me likes...Heinz --maybe he could carry both or listen to what the customers likeMore
