Great pizzas and dinner specials. Large portions and delicious flavor combos. Love their Grilled Chicken Pesto pizza!!
The owner is always there taking to the guests. He is a great guy and has the best pizza in Atlantic county as far as I'm concerned.
We love Capri Pizza I love the food great customer service I specially i love bacon and ham calzone it’s the best calzone ever I try
The worlds best pizza won best of the press twice. Rocco the owner is so nice so is the staff. Sage one of the staff always knows what we want. Always clean and cheep food. On Mondays they have a great pizza special.
I stopped by Capri pizza on my way home and was so impressed. I ordered two plain slices and the cashier was so nice. Friendly, quick, and helpful. Their daily lunch specials looked really yummy but I was in a hurry and needed something fast....People at work were telling me that their pizza is above all in the area and I can truly say now that they are correct. I grew up in north jersey and haven’t had a slice this good since I was a kid. Chucky, fresh, and flavorful red sauce and the cheese was good cheese ( haven’t you noticed that some pizza places have switched to cheaper lower quality cheese?) I will definitely be back. A few weeks ago I spent $32 on a medium one topping pizza and 10 wings from a nearby pizza place that was supposed to be the best in the area. Nope. Capri is better in quality, customer service, and price. I’ll be a frequent customer and you should too.More
I ordered a Chicken steak sub to go with fried onions, mushrooms, light hot peppers, and onions. Thank God something told me to open it when I got in my car. It felt too light, so I wanted to see if they made it right....There was nothing but Cold steak(Beef) on the roll. I do NOT eat beef, that's why I ordered Chicken. I took it back inside, and said..I did not order this. The man who gave the sub to me said...I gave you the wrong one, with no apology at all. I was pissed, because I could have got all the way home with the wrong sub had I not checked it in my car. I made sure I checked the other one before I left. So with that said, if you order take out from Capri Pizza check it before you leave the restaurant. That is horrible customer service! Smh!! One more thing..I discovered cheese on it when I got home. It was at the bottom, where I couldn't see it.More
I had a certificate from restaurant.com. The manager told me nastily that they stopped taking certificates 2 weeks ago. The grilled chicken Caesar salad was not good, just chicken over iceberg lettuce & a couple stale croutons. 2 olives Ugh We had dinner. The calzones...made my sons sick.More
Four of us went to Capri for another visit last night. I usually order chicken parm but went for veal saltimbocca this time. Wow. It was terrific. Veal saltimbocca is my go-to dish. I had the same at Domenico’s Saturday night and it was just...OK. A local pizza joint makes better veal than a ‘highly rated’ restaurant? My friend had veal parm (very good) and the ladies both had the snapper puttanesca (very good). We were marveling at how good the food was at a local pizza joint that used to be in the mall (since I was a kid in the 70’s). Our Domenico’s bill (also BYO) was $104, plus tip, for 2 (x3). Our bill at Capri was $92 including apps and tax, plus tip, for 4. Sure sure sure its atmosphere but if you can compromise atmosphere for good food, go to Capri. PS Scannicchio’s at Lefty’s makes good saltimbocca too.More
