If you like Pho you have to try the S-7 Dumpling Soup with Extra Onions and Lettuce. The A-5 Fried Egg Rolls are Great.
It has a nice atmosphere and good food. It’s priced right and most of the time pretty fast. The Vietnamese hoagie is really good and a bargain
I ordered takeout from this restaurant for the first time. I had gotten vermicelli noodles with grilled shrimp. It was delicious and the shrimp were grilled perfectly! I’ll definitely go back again.
I have been enjoying Vietnamese food for over 20 years. When I saw this listing with the good reviews, I couldn't wait to go there. Imagine my complete disappointment when I found my entree unappetizing. I ordered the Vermicelli with chicken...a dish I have always...enjoyed in other restaurants. At first, I couldn't figure out what the dry flavorless brown meat was. Tasteless. So, I asked. Yes, it was dark meat chicken I was told. I was surprised that this was not listed on the menu. I was not interested in eating it...it had no flavor....and the meat was dry! I was offered to choose a second entree. My second entree, even though it contained tiny bits of white meat chicken was equally tasteless. It was Chicken fried rice.I ate a few mouthfuls...Enough for me! Trust me, I have traveled the world and have never experienced being served a dinner that I simply could not eat. My husband found his entree of stir fried beef....not to be fried...but contained cooked wide noodles in a broth....not well seasoned.More
I have a friend thats make's out of this world Pho, whit out his help I would not have found the flavors of his culture. The staff treats me each time like my friend. Explaining each plate, asking my likes or dislikes and steering me...to the right dish every time. It is small and cozy the I always see customers from the Vietnamese community enjoying the food here. If it is your first time trying Pho is the Place to Start. Ask question and get tasty answers.More
Couldn’t believe it!!! We order soups and there just wasn’t enough broth to eat with the rest of the noodles and have alittle more broth. The waitress explained there would be an up charge. Are you kidding???!!! She wasn’t kidding. That’s crazy!!!
Almost twice a month we order from Pho 9 and every time they don't disappoint. The delivery is on time the food and the ingredients are fresh and cooked perfect .I have also visited the place with my girlfriends for a night out and its...very cosy with the same excellent service and foodMore
I really like Vietnamese food. On a whim, I ordered special house soup with veggies, shrimp, squid and crab. It was O.K., but the crab tasted like sea legs. ( pressed haddock made to resemble crab meat ) I have had better soups. Spring rolls...filled with tiny noodle and grilled shrimp, topped with basil and served with peanut sauce was acceptable, not outstanding. Vietnamese Crepe had a rather stiff and thick pancake batter, when I am expecting a light as air and fluffy pancake. Filled with chicken and sliced overcooked and limp shrimp . Filler of bean sprouts and scallions, flavor was disappointing and I would not order again. Looking at fellow diners, any pho soup ( which are huge bowls ) seems the way to go, and I would like to try the meat platters next time. Recommended.More
I'm just getting into experiencing Vietnamese food, and this place is awesome. The restaurant is not very big, but it is very clean and the menu is really extensive. I had lots of questions and my server was patient and friendly and helped me with...my choice of pho and appetizer. My friends have been raving about this place for a couple of months, and I will definitely return. The menu is extensive along with daily specials. You can always take-out, but if you eat in, remember to BYOB.More
