I visited Pittstown Inn with my husband for an early Valentines Day dinner and we enjoyed it very much. We are "newer" locals and had passed the restaurant several times with the intention of trying it out. The food was great. I had the crab/shrimp over linguine and a "Mexican Sidecar" martini. Both were spectacular. My husband had a chicken... More

The restaurant is much bigger than it appears from the outside. There is ample parking across the street. The wait staff appeared spread thin, but was attentive. The food was pretty good, but the servings were rather small. One scallop was placed on the filet mignon, constituting surf and turf. The drinks were expensive, but tasted very good. We plan... We came here for Christmas since it was one of the few places open in the area. Two of our guests needed to eat gluten free and the restaurant was very accommodating. They answered any questions that we had prior to the reservation and assured us they could accommodate dietary restrictions. The place is a lot bigger than I thought,... More

Went on a Saturday to celebrate sister-in-law's birthday. We were a party of 15, but there were also couples on dates, foursome of friends, a lively bar crowd listening to live music, and there was a dance club thing happening upstairs. The menu was standard American country fare with some classics, calamari, French onion soup, and a banging mac-n-cheese with... More

Fabulous meal with friends before Raritan River Folk Festival. The service was very attentive and the food was scrumptious. My first visit and would go again. Great area for a fall drive

A wonderful dinner date - the food was great, the service was attentive and friendly, the dining room cozy with a fire and a great bar with live entertainment (solo performer with an acoustic guitar - not loud) on a Saturday evening. We shared the tuna tartare appetizer and for our mains, the Pittstown chicken with veg and mashed potatoes... More

Spectacular Meal! My husband and I have passed this restaurant for years and never stopped in. So glad we finally did! The food, ambiance and service were all 5 star. The new owners have done a marvelous job in transforming the restaurant into a gem.
