hoping to have traditional Vietnamese cuisine we returned to Red Bank ...Plainly decorated and not such inviting service. Food was just okay and not especially like high quality Vietnamese cuisine.

We have been coming here for a fee years now. The food is great, there is something for everyone. We usually take out because the service is ridiculously slow. There is only one waitress and she is usually running around trying desperately to serve the crowds. We would come more often but we can't sit and eat for 2.5 hours... More

This is our second time dining here. We had the papaya salad and beef pho. Both were delicious. We also indulged in the bubble tea and tri-color dessert. Yum! We will be back again.

The restaurant is located in the hip part of Red Bank. Parking can be a challenge on the weekend. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The wait staff is very nice and accommodating. The plates of food are well proportioned. You won't leave hungry. The Superbowl plate appeared to be the best bang for the buck. When you are... More

This is my family's new favorite BYOB Vietnamese restaurant! Food is great. Staff is wonderful. Prices are reasonable. The menu is focused and not intimating. Best Pho I've ever had! Can't wait to go there again.

Pho Le is great for anyone looking for tasty Vietnamese in Red Bank. The food is extremely fresh and they have a wide variety of dishes. My daughter loves the stir fry, my son happily devours the pork chop and my wife is very partial to the salt and pepper shrimp and the chicken pho. I like it all.

We are big pho fans, and when we lived in Delaware we would go into Philadelphia quite often and get pho, so we have a pretty good idea of how it can, and should, be. The pho at Pho Le was extremely disappointing. Watery, light on ingredients, and they did not even have fresh cilantro, which, in my opinion, is... More

Lori serves up great food..very reasonable and large portions. A sure fire great combination in a town that is classy. Parking is usually good too within two blocks of this Broad Street eatery. Would recommend the crepes, and the soups especially.
