Our dinner Friday night was terrific. I especially loved the duck special with grilled duck breast and duck confit and the fried artichoke special. Food and service were both first rate.

We went to Cafe Matisse to celebrate a birthday and the food was delicious! The menu is fixed price for small plates of food. Between the two of us we tried 5 savory dishes and every one of them was excellent. We didn't realize before ordering, but you can swap dessert for another savory for a price, so if you're... More

The dishes get smaller and smaller . You realize that after patronizing this restaurant many years. They also seem to get very amorphous , with all the ingredients blending together like a piece of hash. Sirloin, commonly used, is a cheap piece of steak. The ever present one large shrimp. Lobster mac? Where is the lobster? Duck: the few pieces... More

We wanted a special place to celebrate our anniversary and we were not disappointed. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They described the various dishes in a way that made your mouth water. Each dish looked beautiful and tasted fantastic. Don’t be afraid to try something different. My wife ordered the tacos with Asian sauce and we couldn’t believe... More

This was my first time at this restaurant. I had very high expectations after all the great reviews it receives. The restaurant was lovely with a cozy new Morrocan dining room. We were seated in the traditional dining room which was surprisingly half empty when we arrived at 7 PM. The food did not disappoint. It was outstanding. We shared... More

I looked forward to visiting Cafe Matisse for many years and finally got there. My first thought is - why no parking? We had to drive around the block several times to find a parking place. Next, when you walk in you see the kitchen staff to your left preparing the food. Not really exciting. The dining room can be... More

While pricy it's great for a special occasion! It's a BYOB which helps! Great food & service and a very pretty outside dining area.

Thank BillyVn
