We recently dined at the Smithville Inn for a private party in the afternoon. Having never been there before, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was (veal and chicken dishes). The help was professional and our group was served without any problems. We were all able to eat at the same time which can sometimes be a... More

Quaint shops and nice atmosphere - great place for a spring day. Shopkeepers are friendly and have unique items for sale - plenty of parking

We were in Smithville for a 2 night get away and decided to try The Smithville Inn for dinner. We were very pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and the service was great. The ambiance of the dining area was very pleasant. We would definitely go back again if we are in the area.

Smithville Inn offers a Sunday Brunch. I went with a group of five in April. There are omelettes made to order with the cook crafting a fancy flip of the omelette. The waffles are made fresh as well. There was a huge assortment of breakfast and lunch entrees. The carved ham was delicious. There were large baskets of fresh flowers... More

Hadn't visited the Inn in several years and, returning from Atlantic City, my wife, daughter, and I decided to eat there - it was a mistake. My daughter's NY Strip was inedible and the stuff pork loin lacked flavor and was rather dry and, while my shrimp were tasty, the grips were rather thick and pasty. Given that the prices... More

Very dry tasting food. My steak was medium well and it came out very tough and dry. My bake potatoes was terrible. I will say that the lobster was okay. I wouldn't go back nor recommend this place! However it's has a great layout for a Wedding👍🏼

My family has visited Smithville Inn almost every Easter since 1990. Yes about 26 years worth. We have live the changes and seen many old families go and many new ones arrive. One thing for sure is that the Sunday Brunch always seems to get better. Although generally crowded, this is one of the best brunch in the region. It's... More

I enjoy this place for Valentines Day and birthdays. They offer a great restaurant week menu as well! The food is always amazing and the service, exceptional! They do offer dinner specials during the week, like buy one get one half price and it's a GREAT deal! Even if you are paying full price, it is SO worth it!

I've been to weddings here, but also go frequently because as a picky eater, it's one of the only places I can always count on an excellent meal. The wine selection is superb, and if you order a bottle that is off the beaten path, the sommelier will come talk with you about it. At least he did when I... More

Old world charm meets new world hospitality in this lovely lakeside landmark. A longtime locals favorite serving award winning classic continental cuisine with a modern flair. The restaurant, resurrected from an uncertain future in 1997 by the combined efforts of the Coppola & Bushar families, has since reclaimed its spot among the favorite dining locations in the Atlantic City area.
