The Inn, including the dining rooms and bar, is historical and has a nice atmosphere, but the food is mediocre at best and overpriced. The service is poor to average and even when we were the only ones in the dining room for an early...More

Slow to be seated (though the restaurant was hardly occupied and it was a Saturday night). Service was then slow as well (the hostess was doubling as a waitress that night, which one would not expect here). Food was expensive and really not good. My...More

My husband and I go frequently. The food is excellent, the atmosphere warm, cosy and friendly. It is a great place for family events but also for just couples.

Food was good but not worth the price. 2 - two scallops app $16. Just barely sea scallops. I worked in nice restaurants for years and never saw an app with 2 scallops for 16. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This restaurant is reasonably priced. It is located in a historic beautiful old stone inn with cozy fireplaces and a warm, friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. You really feel like you are stepping back in time in parts of the restaurant. Alive with...More

You can find both, the menu and directions, on the restaurant's website. It is Just google Sockton Inn. I would have posted the link but that is against TA rules. I hope that helps.

Established in 1710, this is the inn that was immortalized by Richard Rodgers in the song "There's a small hotel with a wishing well" sung in the Broadway play On Your Toes. The inn was first built as a private residence and is believed to have been converted in 1832. Come and explore the over 300 year old Stockton Inn, nestled in the quaint borough of Stockton, New Jersey. Romantic dining is served in the exquisite mural rooms with fireside seating during the colder months. In the warmest months of the year, savor your meal and your surroundings while dining on the patio alongside two waterfalls and beautifully integrated gardens.
