After a month staying up on my wife's family farm I was really craving some European food and this absolute gem of a restaurant hit the spot!
I went for the Lamb Stew which was absolutely delicious and my wife ordered the Pork Escalope which was also very good.
We made the 1 hour drive to town fro the countryside and we are so happy we did.
Excellent friendly service from the team and a very hospitable owner.
Great job!

Visiting a compatriot friend in Korat he recommended to have dinner at the nearby Chez Andy Restaurant. Welcomed by the owner and chef Andy, we were seated at a table in a pleasant garden setting.
I started of with some delicious air-dried beef accompanied by a magnificent tasty cheese selection and wonderful bottle of Chianti Riserva. For the main course I ordered the steak with a relishing morel sauce. The pork cut was out of this world. So juicy and tender, how I never experienced it before, after decades of travelling. Curious how it was prepared to achieve such a delicious, mouthwatering taste, the chef revealed his secret which of course I won’t be able to share with you here. However, if you pay this outstanding restaurant a visit, Andy might tell you too.
Longing to revisit this place I cannot imagine there is a finer restaurant in this town.

Once more chef Andy and his staff delivered their extra class by presenting a fantastic five course dinner on the occasion of the Swiss National Day.
The starters with the dry meat platter and the barley soup were already large and delicious. But for me the main course with the pork filet medaillons, the Swiss dumplings and the vegetables was the absolute highlight of the evening.
Service and presentation of the dishes was as perfect as always at Chez Andy, for me by far the best place for Western food, steaks, pizzas and Thai food in Korat, no doubt.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The restaurant is tucked away in a small courtyard and the outdoor tables are nice. We had a selection of Swiss dishes. While not quite as good as the Swiss food we have had in Bangkok, it is the best western food that we have had in Korat. The service is excellent, some of the best we have experienced in Thailand, and the owner checks in with every table to make sure that the guests feel welcome.

Chez Andy Swiss Restaurant & Steak House is a hidden jewel within the central part of East Thailands city Korat. The owner/chef Andreas Müller and his wife run this place with dedication and professionalism and every visit id a culinary delight.
On our last visit December 25th, I had my best steak ever, the meat was so tender, it melted on the tongue.... absolutely fantastic.
German beer from the tap, excellent wines? No problem.
Highly recommended!

Chez Andy makes it possible to enjoy high standards of the varied Swiss cuisine in Korat.
We also very much enjoyed Andy's personal and likewise the very friendly and attentive hospitality of his team.
We will be guests of Andy and his team again soon.

Follow the reviews we wanted some authentic European cuisine: nothing to disappoint!! All the dishes are homemade fresh and with genuine ingredients. We shared a cheese and charcuteries platter, yummy.
Then jugged beef, perfect and an unctuous meat lasagna.
Kind and attentive staff, beautiful garden to enjoy a slow dinner and relax.
Very recommended!

I would not recommend this place due to the bad attitude of the staff. They were unhelpful and the service was not child-friendly. Additionally, when I called the restaurant, the staff spoke to me rudely.

Another amazing dinner at Chez Andy, from the food quality to level of service and cleanliness, everything was just "spot on ", go for the Riesen Cordon Bleu, and the Cheese Fondue, you will not be disappointed, see you again soon

A late lunch with my partner and daughter and was pleasantly surprised by welcoming staff and Andy came by and said hello too.

Every visit I make to Korat I and my family go to Chez Andy at least twice per trip. The food is most excellent and the service impeccable!! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Chef Andy greets the folks and takes an interest in their order and many times recommending some specialty of the house. I have one special favorite and the only place I can find true water buffalo steak. MOST EXCELLENT!! Cooked to perfection every time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHEZ ANDY!!

Ps. The bread are cold, hard, and very sticky but kinda saved by the butter 🤣

I'm visiting Chez Andy with family or friends since 15 years every week when I'm in Korat. Every single time is a pleasure and I'm happy that Korat has a restaurant with such delicious European food, excellent service and a charming chef.

After reading the reviews was disappointed with the pizza. The lobster soup was good, carbonara was good, not sure why the pizza was skinny, flat and lacked ingredients - for 360THB expected better
