If you are looking for a great plate of food with generous portions, this is it. The use of red or green sauce is a New Mexico staple and they do it good. More than reasonable prices are a welcome to weary travelers here. The service is also very good.

I enjoyed the Mexican Deluxe Combo. Lots of food at a reasonable price. My favorite was the tamales and guacamole.

Not a lot of choices of restaurants so we took pot luck. Served N.M Mexican and American. You get a nice size meal for the price, waitress was pleasant and the restaurant is clean. Food was a mixture of OK and pretty good. Just depends on what you order. Salsa was really good. Next time we would probably try one... More

My family went to the Rabbit Ear after a long day working. My husband told me his boss had recently taken him there and it was very good. We were seated by a high school girl, she took our order and it all went down hill from there. She walked by our table 11 times without ever stopping to fill... More

We drove from Fort Worth on our way to Denver. We stopped here for a late lunch. We got a cheeseburger with green chili. New Mexico is famous for its green chili. The burger was delicious. The meet was exceptionally seasoned and cooked just right. The green chili had a little heat but was delicious. The only issue was they... More

We were looking for something other than gas station food and came across this little gem. Delicious Mexican food and the perfect portion size, just enough to satisfy and not feel over stuffed. The service was prompt and friendly, our waitress treated us to a basket of sopapillas after our meal. Reasonably priced and family friendly. The question is red... More

We were satisfied with the meal. Good Mexican choices. The service was good. They do NOT service alcohol in this restaurant as is the case with many other restaurants in this town.

The Mexican deluxe dish we had wasn't great. Most of the foods in the dish had the same chili flavour, covered in cheese, and the taco wasn't crispy like it was supposed to be. The battered pepper was also filled with cheese, and was too spicy to enjoy. Most of the dishes on the menu were using the same option... More

The fun small town atmosphere chased with some great chips and salsa make this stop a sure stop in Clayton. Our group all enjoyed their meals, from tamales to cheeseburgers. The art was fab too.

We stopped here for lunch based on other reviews and weren't disappointed. The service was great and the food was awesome. My wife had the Chile Rellenos, and I had a burrito. Everything was delicious and hot. .
