Loved the Jalapeno Poppers and the "Dahlia Ribeye". The menu offers a variety of flavors but it always seems cold in winter and hot in summer inside.

Extremely bad food and service. No resolution to complaints from anyone. Molded bread and rotten mayo for burger and missing ingredients from the chimichanga. Loud rap music from the kitchen. Please see my Red Lion Inn in Gallup for more details on this horrible experience. Couldn't believe no response or resolution.

I had a $20 ribeye steak and not only was it over 50% fat but it was so tough my jaw got tired. It was accompanied by a heaping pile of instant mashed potatoes covered in instant gravy and paired with microwaved frozen corn/green beans.

We stayed in the Red Lion, and this is the in-house restaurant and room service provider. It's only open 6-9pm. We called at 6 to order room service. They have a fairly small menu, but less than half of the items were even available. 45 minutes after we ordered, they called the room to tell us that they were out... More

We ate at this restaurant because it was in our hotel and we were tired after a long day on the road and didn't want to leave to eat. We should have left. While my steak wasn't bad, my grand daughter's was tough and gristly. They were out of baked potatoes. How do you run out of baked potatoes? The... More

The restaurant is located inside the Red Lion Inn in West Gallup on Historic Route 66. We chose the restaurant because we wanted an enjoyable dinner in a nice restaurant. It needed to be within walking distance of where we were staying for the night. We called about two hours before our arrival and the hotel front desk answered. The... More

Made every effort to fill our food order even with intermittent power outages from high winds. There was everything to like about this restaurant and nothing to dislike.

We are here because it was conveniently located in the hotel. We ate about 7 pm but there was only one other couple in the restaurant. And it seemed there was only one host/server/wait person, but he was personable and seemed to care. It was rather quiet as there were no other diners who came in after the other couple... More
