It’s the only restaurant open in the winter in Jemez Springs. We had a meal there and it was mediocre at best. Drinks were good and our waitress was nice. Would return there for drinks only.

I went here for lunch and it gave a new meaning for "make a run for the border." I have heard from people who live in the area that this place has a reputation for not being clean and that includes their cooking methods. Go...More
As Jemez springs is a small mountain location the choices are few, and I have know this restaurant to be everything from friendly & fast to sullen and slow, likewise the food can be good or fall rather short. A good cleaning and a bit...More
All four in our group enjoyed different selections - Pork ribs, Jemez Burger, Enchiladas and vegie green chile stew. Pleased to see several vegie options. Pleasant wait staff and good service in eye catching surroundings.
My friend remembered this place from years ago so we had to try it. Had a hard time finding a place to park, so that's a good sign that the food was good. Excellent open faced green chili cheese burger. Would reccommend.

Ate here twice... First night, good burgers and fast service. Second night, ordered the green chili stew and service was slow and unreliable. Nice scenery inside, though, so definitely worth it for a beer, especially if they have a band.

I'm so glad we stopped here for lunch. My prime rib dip was delicious. They had some good beers on tap as well. The guy who served us was very friendly and helpful. Actially, everybody who worked there was very friendly. Don't just drive by.
