I usually eat here when I am working in the area. They have a good selection and some really good food.

We had read about Smiling Faces, and the Navajo tacos seemed to be the top item, so most of us ordered it. I was impressed that the server offered to bring us samples of the chile, since it was fairly hot and she wanted us to know Indeed, despite the fact that most of us were raised in NM, we... More

Driving through, needed lunch, but it was later. Only place we could find open and it was meant to be. Red chilie made my husband sweat and he loved it. Navajo Taco with green chilie hit the spot. So good. We will be back when traveling this way.

Stopped for lunch(12:30), It was 30 minutes to get our meal. The lunch prices here are slightly more than places in Santa Fe. We walk in and someone from a side room says seat yourself. Red Chile was hot, which the waitress said, if you want red chili there should be an option. Frito pie was ok, child was hot,... More

Smiling Faces isn't too far off of the interstate and it sure beats standard fast food. But you should allow about an hour to get in and out. The food was awesome, although the red sauce was too spicy for my boyfriend. I had the navajo taco. They have it mastered. They seemed understaffed the day we were there, but... More

Always willing to accommodate with a small or large group. We come to Las Vegas often to volunteer at a summer camp and stop here everytime. Navajo Taco is to die for!

It's not the most attractive place inside or out. The service was ok, but they have the best Navajo Tacos I have ever had and you will need a to go box for your left overs.

Authentic SW fare. The staff was very accommodating when our large group had to find an alternative when previous plans fell through. We descended on them with 40 or more diners!

Service was fine. They were out of both of our first choices. I had a toasted ham and cheese which didn't have a choice for type of bread or cheese. I got Wonder Bread and processed cheese. My wife had a BLT which had very crispy bacon, thankfully how my wife likes it. The fries were the best part. Looked... More

I had the breakfast burrito with red chile, and we all agreed at the table the chile and burrito was very good. The other breakfast items we had which were not New Mexican were not so hot. I recommend ordering what Smiling Faces is good at - New Mexican food. All the New Mexican plates looked great. The restaurant is... More
