Place is tucked away and sign was broken, but they were open. Place was nice and clean. Service was fast and polite. Order was correct and fresh and tasty :-)

There seemed to be a lot of employees but the dining area was fairly disorganized and most of the tables were dirty. The women's bathroom didn't lock nor did the one stall door. The food was okay but I've had better at DQ. To be fair this town doesn't seem like they have many better fast food options for people... More

We stayed at the Microtel Inn and Suites in Raton and there was a restaurant and gift shop right across the parking lot that my friend had told us about. We went to the gift shop but the restaurant only serves lunch and we were too late. The kids wanted a treat after a long drive in the car so... More

Went here after a bad experience at McDonalds (see review). Staff, food and friendliness were great. Thank you for making our travels a little more pleasant. Oh and thank you for continuing to allow your customers to receive a cup of water through the drive thru.

My wife and I visited this DQ last night and had an okay experience. It was quiet with no other customers, the server was friendly, and the ice cream was, of course, delish!

In the past the Dairy Queen burgers were among the best. My last visit the beef was a bit tasteless and was tough ... as if there was a lot of gristle in the meat. Not enjoyable. And their fries are at the bottom of all the fast food choices. The best thing are the Blizzards. The staff are always... More

Nothing spectacular as menu is standard throughout the chain. Staff friendly but sometimes the service is a little slow given it is located right off I 25.

Oh my gosh it took FOREVER to get our food. My wife tried to tell me to go somewhere else but did I listen, nooooo! In all fairness, Raton is the only outpost in the middle of nowhere New Mexico so every place is packed around lunchtime.

We are from Raton. This Dairy Queen's food is just fine. Normal Dairy Queen food. Have not had any issues with the food at all. We wait TOO long for food or ice cream. Minimum wait we had for food is 30 minutes, and for ice cream we always wait at least 10-15 minutes when there IS NOT a crowd.... More

After a day of travel, we were hungry. Despite seeing the reviews, we decided to stop in. Old fries were mixed with newer, half of the chicken strips were cold and dry, and the service was pretty sad. No one was there besides us, and half the food was cold, but it still took a good while to get our... More
