Always dependable for top quality food and service. Lovely patio is open in warmer weather and the inside dining and bar areas are very attractive and comfortable. Excellent staff with impeccable service.

We stopped in Taos for lunch during a Sunday drive. After being seated it took quite awhile to get our order placed. Everything from that point on seemed slow and too casual of purpose. There was a crowd in the rooms we walked thru, but I would expect any restaurant to staff to scale. We even choose the specials for... More

This old restaurant in a fairly new, much better location-the site of the old "Apple Tree" with charming building and lovely outside patio. Two beautiful bars-one upstairs with nice views and one downstairs! You can have intimate, romantic or busy and friendly-your choice. Good food, good service! Brunch is always a great choice-especially in the courtyard on a Sunday or... More

This was one of our best meals in New Mexico. We were wandering along Bent St and decided to lunch here-- a good choice! We had relllenos and the mango chicken enchilada and a kale Caesar salad. Everything was very fresh, well cooked and a nice twist on New Mexican cuisine. My relllenos were light and crispy, not soggy as... More

I go to Lambert's every time I'm in Taos because they have a great Happy Hour in the upstairs bar. The house margarita and a wide variety of appetizers are specially priced, and they have deals on other drinks too. Last time I was there, I got the Tacos del Dia (which were substantial and tasty: marinated chicken with avocado... More

We visited Lambert's last night and While the service was exemplary, the food was just okay. I ordered the tamales which were good but not great. My daughter and son-in-law ordered the rib eye steaks which were incredibly thin. My husband orders the buffalo fillet which he said was delicious but on the small side. We orders 3 apps, main... I LOVE Lamberts. The food is just wonderful, the location is excelllent and the staff are awesome! Their green chili stew is delicious, I've never had their desserts but boy do they look good as well! I really enjoy lunch there, sitting at the little downstairs bar, chatting with the bartender. Always a great time!

I used to not like the menu of this restaurant, it tried too hard to be something it wasn't. But that has changed. They have a new Chef (new to me anyway) James Crowther who crafts and appealing menu that hits all the right notes. Everything is house made and presented beautifully. All the breads, buns and crackers are also... More

Everything is good. The service is good. Food is good just too salty. I wish they can cut off some salt on everything. Maybe everyone is different. Just my opinion.

Because it was my birthday, our son had called ahead, made reservations, and left his credit card. He told us that the person on the phone didn't ask the right questions, so he doubted if it was going to work. Sure enough, when the bill came, they didn't have a clue about the phone call. For a fine dining restaurant,... More
