We stopped in after a walk through town because we read they had the best margaritas in Taos. Good margaritas, live music and a very crowded atmosphere.

Very good menu items at reasonable prices. Convenient restaurant in the hotel "Old Taos Inn". We will return when we next visit Taos.

While pricing was high to my eyes, the food was extravagant while the live music in the lobby made the whole experience improved by the atmosphere

I tend to pick restaurants based on the wine list and Doc Martin's had one of the best to Taos so we went there for dinner our last night in town. It was good but not great meal. My enchiladas were well seasoned with green chili sauce and a nice, but not huge portion. DW had chili reallano and enjoyed... More

Wow, had a surprisingly OK meal tonight St Doc Martin's, well cooked but very under seasoned entrée. Ordered the Lamb Shank that allegedly was braised in red wine. No hint of wine whatsoever and not even salt and peppered. Lamb was served with "horseradish" mashed potatoes with no spice, salt, pepper to them or discernable horseradish at all. Veggies on... We were here on a Sunday with a brunch menu as our option. At first, we were going to leave but decided to stay . Great decision! The food was very good and the service was as well! Proportions were generous and everything we had was wonderful!

Only been there once and probably will not return. Went on recommendation of relatives. Service was almost non-existant and food was mediocre and over priced. The best part was the location in an historic old building with a patio right on the main drag through Taos not far from square. But there are better choices within walking distance.
