Stopped by for a quick bite before our hike. Came back the next day for some ice cream. You can tell they work hard to put out quality food. Laid back atmosphere. Cool place to visit when in Taos.

Outside of town--on the way to the ski area, the airport, the Rio Grand Gorge or the Millicent Rogers Museum--is a hidden farm to market gem. We stopped for lunch and had and excellent chicken salad sandwich which was overflowing with fresh ingredients and was moderately priced at $12. We sat out on the porch and had a wonderful view... Great fresh food. Fantastic eats! Everything was crisp, deliciously fresh, and perfectly presented. We were so glad we stopped. It is outside of town and well worth the drive. Loved everything this place is about - local ranches, farm-to-table, meals for kids. Participate and help these people with their mission. LOVE.

We stopped here for breakfast and actually this was my second time eating here. They are dedicated to serving real, organic, sustainable food and it is evident! The food is delicious, the portions are generous, the service is always friendly, and my almond milk latte was steamed to perfection. Great place only a few miles from the main plaza in... More

Staff at nearby MILLICENT ROGERS MUSEUM recommended cafe for lunch. Nice setting with outside seating. Blt with avocado outstanding - not too big to bite but delicious combination of ingredients. I had house fries as side and they were undercooked. Bought a ginger cupcake for the road which was a treat.

This cafe is a gem. We visited for breakfast and loved it. They have farm eggs, organic butter, nitrate-free bacon, locally made raspberry jam, grilled vegetables, gluten-free bread, home-made breads, spicy chai made in house with any type of milk (including coconut) that comes unsweetened with a jar of honey on the side - you name it! It's impossible to... More

I live in Taos and I eat breakfast at The Farmhouse at least twice a month. It's just a few miles north of Taos Plaza. The food here is great. All of their dishes are organic and there are a lot of vegetarian choices. The service is efficient and friendly. The restaurant is located on the grounds of the Overland... More

My college roomie and I passed the Farmhouse Cafe and Bakery several times on the way out to our vacation spot and finally decided to stop. It definitely will be one of my regular spots when in Taos. The coffee is delish and the hot tea selections are wonderful. Try the Honey Lavender tea. It is locally made by Tea-o-graphy.... More
