I've lived in the South (Texas/OK) my whole life so I love Mexican/Tex-Mex food. On my road trip, I was really looking forward to trying some hole in the wall places in New Mexico. Unfortunately, this wasn't the place to try. The best thing about this place was that after five hours of driving I finally got to use the... More

We were the only customers the entire time here - Saturday evening at about 6:30 pm. Not sure why, because the food was good and the service and prices were as well. The chicken strips were great...as were the seasoned French fries.

We stopped by after church & will never return. Cheese tasted moldy! Food looked good, but was not. We will not be returning!

I had heard mixed information about whether the LaCita was still in operation or not. I had passed it earlier in the day and it looked deserted. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told at the museum that it was indeed in operation. We walked in right at noon and were greeted very pleasantly and served a wonderful light... More

Once I realized that this building was actually the home of a real, functioning restaurant, I absolutely had to go. Just because... My husband (who was extremely skeptical, by the way) and I both had the chili rellenos and were truly blown away. They are New Mexican style, so they are breaded in panko and fried - and these were... More

Just have to say, Really great food, great people and great manager and staff. Their burrito dinner plate and a lot of other dinner plates are very awesome and very tasty and filling.

Not sure what we ate. Not familiar with the name of the food. It was okay, but wish I would have stuck with the burrito.

Lacita is a cute building we decided to stop even though it was not real inviting. Could use a freshen up out side, well inside too. When we went in my husband tried to back out.But I said we was there let's try. Carpet needs removed or cleaned. The decor was none. Well at the front there was but not... More

The sopapilla stuffed with beef and green chili over it was very good and the beans and rice with it made a great meal. The girls were very friendly and helpful. The rest of the menu looked like it would be a good place to come back to with quite a variety of different selections. The establishment was clean and... More

This is a very small town and most restaurants serve Mexican food but I would say this place has very authentic food. Very reasonably priced. Food served fast and with a friendly server. Definitely will stop here again on our way through town.
