We were visiting family who live in Alamogordo - they asked us if we wanted "fancy" mexican food or "chgeap" mexican food. We said fancy. They took us to Casa de Suenos in Tularosa, and it was superb. First, though, if you're from outside New Mexico you need to know that New Mexicans call New Mexican food "Mexican" but it's... More

Mr. Burp Man who is a red chile enchilada snob claims these enchiladas were perfect! He always orders them with an egg on top and when they were brought out to him, he looked at them with such love in his eyes, I was jealous! I had the grilled chicken salad and it was delicious. The chips and salsa were... More

Good portions of Mexican style food. Nice deco and good service. We would hesitate to eat here again.

4 of us visited Casa de Suenos for dinner and had a nice experience. Meals ranged from tacos, stuffed chicken sopaipillas, Sonona chicken, and the house fried chicken! All were very tasty and enjoyed by all. The sauce/gravy on the fried chicken could have stood more green chili. It was excellent but really ended up being a very good chicken... More

We have been here a couple of times while traveling through the area. The food and service has always been wonderful and well worth the stop or detour to get there. If you are ever close to Alamogordo, NM. go the extra mile to try this place. you won't be disappointed...

I have never had a meal here that was disappointing. I great place to go. I have ate here numerous times over the years and food is always consistent and service is great. The best I know of in NM.

Loved this place. Great stop on a road journey. Good Mexican food. Excellent friendly, proactive service. We had a late breakfast with eggs ranchero. Nice and spicy and good.

I would have included a picture but the food was soooooo good looking that I couldn't think straight. We got the enchiladas, Chile relleno, tacos, and complimentary sopapillas with honey. The Chips and salsa was pretty cool because we had both choices of red and green. The meal was awesome! The customer service was average. I honestly think it was... More

Had to stop in little Tularosa for air for our tires and spotted this Mexican restaurant. Looked inviting and we were so glad we did! They only offer frozen margaritas but the lime ones were SUPER tart and excellent, and not skimpy on alcohol. I had a grilled chicken salad with firecracker Caesar dressing, and my husband ordered the taco... More
