OverAll experience was great. The food, atmosphere & staff was perfect. They serve a lot of food for the price. Well worth it. Would highly recommend. The back room was perfect for the luncheon. Thank you for making us feel comfortable.

We had three couples attend a dinner on Saturday 3/25, 2017. Food was above average. Our server was a little lax, never came to check on drink refills until another staffer was asked to get her. Pricing was totally acceptable. My biggest complaint is the mandatory 20% tip written on the bill and my credit card for tables of 6... More

We used to be regulars at The Factory. Received some unimpressive meals and found other go to restaurants. Happened back for an office function and the meal was well executed. Decided to bring the extended family back the next day and received the average quality of food we were used to along with poor service. In short, they served a... More

This is a pub, but you can get everything from soups and sandwiches to salads to prime rib. The seating can accommodate larger groups, so family events are easily accommodated. The menu has many choices and can accommodate some gluten free choices.

Stopped in for appetizers on our way to the Candle Collective. What struck us immediately was the atmosphere of the place. Nice mixture of families and couples. The building is over 200 years old but didn't feel drafty or neglected. Beer selection was great and the food was good. I had the Chicken Apple Salad which was delicious! The apples... More

My wife and her friend had the hot turkey dinner, terrible. We asked the waitress if it was Real fresh cut turkey she said yes. When the meal was delivered we discovered it was from a turkey roll. Fresh turkey does come in round slices. My friend got the meat loaf Terrible. We were there 10/29/16. 6:30PM. WE WILL NEVER... More

Just average, go in a pinch if you need to eat. I have eaten there many times but the last time was not that good. The buffalo chicken salad was big clumps of romaine lettuce with big sticks of celery and carrots that were really too large for a salad. Blue cheese dressing mediocre. Chicken sandwich with roasted red peppers... More

A Friday night, two couples out for dinner. Mid-October, so we wanted to leak peek around the area. We live about an hour away, but with traffic, it took us longer to get there. Our reservation was held, we were seated immediately. Two Antioxidant cocktails, and two beers and we toasted the weekend. We thought we needed appetizers, so we... More

On a beautiful summer's day we ate lunch in the coblestoned patio that offers umbrella tables. The Factory, located in Ballston Spa, is 5 miles south of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and Saratoga State Park. Service was prompt, friendly, informative and in all ways, excellent! The food was perfectly cooked with delicious flavors and homemade French fries that are... More

Beautiful old building in wonderfully quaint town. The food was great, and bountiful. We took four carry out boxes with us. Crazy lots of food at reasonable prices.
