Selected this pub for Sunday lunch with a group friends from the London area. We live in the midlands so looked for somewhere halfway between for a get together. Everyone agreed it was a good choice. French onion soup was superb! Followed by roast sirloin...More

A Friday evening, last minute booking was handled very professionally. The staff were exceptionally polite, the menu wasn't extensive but had a good selection. The food was excellent quality and 'larger than your average gastro' portion size. Will definitely visit again.

We recently called into the Seven Stars on a Sunday afternoon. Arriving shortly after the kitchen had closed for Sunday lunch, there were still a number of tables occupied by diners and a few people standing around the bar. There were a couple of real...More

Hi, There are a number of footpaths in the area, in fact the 32 mile Aylesbury ring walk actually passes through the village. Your best bet is to go online and type in Walks in Aylesbury Vale. One of the sites is OS... More

If I remember correctly, they are welcome in the main bar area where you can also eat, but not in the actual restaurant.
