We stopped by The Dancing Cat Saloon after Woodstock and had a wonderful lunch. The staff were friendly, the food authentic and delicious. There is also a distillery on site if you would like to try their spirits.

We went here before going to Bethel Woods Arts Center and I had a salad but found a hair in it which really turned me off. My husband had a burger and he said it was good. Better than food in Bethel Woods though.

Description
Located on 17B in Bethel across from the entrance to Bethel Woods Performing Art Center and the Woodstock Museum, the Dancing Cat Saloon is the Foodie, Art and Music arm of the Catskill Distilling Company, one of the first Craft Farm Distilleries in NYS. Featuring locally sourced upscale cuisine, live music, and a Sunday Jazz Brunch in an artfully restored Victorian serving our own Artisan Cocktails with our NYS Distilled Spirits. A visit to the Dancing Cat becomes a historical and magical trip when combined with a tour of the Distillery and a visit to the Museum at Bethel Woods and one of the many events and concerts at the Bethel Woods Performing Art Center on the Site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival. Check out the Facebook Events or sign up online for the “Happenings at the Cat” to find live music for all tastes, from Latin to Jazz to Country, Americana, Classical and Rock & Roll. Enjoy dining on the Deck of the Cat or Imbibing on the Deck of the Distillery #Catskilldistill
