We ate here on a Thursday night and the place was moderately busy. We had an inside table on the porch so the view was spectacular. The waitstaff was efficient and attentive. The wine by the glass was pricey and the price is not on...More

We had an event at The Algonquin in late May, the last Saturday before Memorial Day; we were in the upstairs room above the restaurant where they have group events. The place has been remodeled and is absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the all-glass...More

We rented a little skiff and took it around the lake. Family loved the lunch! Chilie & The Chowder was awesome. Serving portions were perfect for me, ample. Wasabi Tuna is great. All of the seafood was fantastic.

For one of the best views on the lake, visit the Algonquin. Looking out over Sweetbriar Island and Huddle Bay, the lake is always calm here. You can watch boats coming in and out of the bay, coming in for a drink or a meal...More

A very relaxing place to have a meal - the views on the outside lower deck are spectacular and the food is decent.

Outstanding food, outstanding view, and legendary Bloody Marys. Don't leave Lake George without a visit to The Algonquin.

It's the place to be but the food is just ok. Dry seafood and nothing that's above par. Good atmosphere and drinks. Only worth it in the summer.

Most beautiful setting on the lake, ruined by slow and indifferent service and mediocre food. It's a shame.
