Inventive cuisine, beautiful decor, welcoming staff, this restaurant has it all! Almond is a lovely and delicious place to enjoy a lovely evening. The wooden bar is a great spot!

Food was good, service excellent, price typically Hamptons, slightly more than inexpensive. Quite noisy however, except if you sit outside. Worth the visit to make up your own mind.

I have visited the Hamptons for over 50 years- I am not a 1% person--but I have always found people to be friendly and welcoming.I fear that the superficial and exclusive reputation of the Hamptons has infected the staff at Almond. We had a reservation...More

A friend and I stopped by here over the weekend for a quick bite and were not disappointed! Our waitress was on top of it...she kept our drinks full and her dinner recommendation was to die for.

Kobe beef burger, fries and a great bottle of wine could not have done it any better. Marconi and Cheese done to perfection. Fabulous salads and other delicious dishes such as pistachio ice cream for desert.

The location is unfortunately very busy with trucks and ambulances passing by regularly. The food however along with the service is top notch. We felt much more relaxed after dining there.

This bistro is described as French/Mediterranean but it is neither. Arrived just before our 7:30pm seating for 2 and were advised we would have to wait, although there were empty tables. After a glass of wine at the bar, we were seated about 15 minutes...More

In 2001 Jason Weiner and Eric Lemonides opened Almond. Almond quickly became the "un-Hamptons" restaurant the Hamptons desperately needed. Jason's commitment to straight forward, locally sourced cuisine and Eric's commitment to being nice to people soon garnered a fiercely loyal following for the restaurant. Almond quickly became a go-to spot in the Hamptons for locals, celebrities, tourists, and fellow restaurateurs. The critics caught on as well. Almond garnered accolades from such esteemed publications as Wine Spectator and the New York Times. Fast-forward 10 years and the iconic Hamptons French bistro enters a new era in a new location in downtown Bridgehampton. Almonds new home is a historic space with 100-year-old tin ceilings, hand carved bar and classic white subway tile. Jason continues to cook good food and Eric is still nice to people. They also haven't lost their knack for sucking up to food journalists. Peter Gianotti of Newsday awarded the new spot three stars and named Almond the Best New Restaurant of 2011
