Four of us (two couples) decided to check out Arthur Ave. in the Bronx on Saturday night. This area is often referred to as the "real" Little Italy in NYC, and I have to agree with that assessment. It's more authentic than the touristy Little Italy in Manhattan. It's a little rougher around the edges and has a neat vibe.... More

We were a party of 6 and they put us at a table which was in a little nook which was so perfect. The food was delicious, service was good and and all around great evening. Will definitely go back

Great food!!! The pizza is outstanding. I really enjoyed the nutella pizza for dessert. It is a very casual place and a little noisy. The food is outstanding. It is best known for their thin crust, brick oven pizza.

You enter this place by the bar. Other than that, all you can see is a long, stone-sided tunnel, leading who knows where. Then, they tell you that a table is ready and through the tunnel you go, only to end up in a cavernous room of tables. That's where the fun begins. The menu is broad, the choices excellent.... More

This was my first trip to ZON and I was quite impressed with the ambiance, friendliness of the staff and overall quality of the food. The meal included and appetizer of polpetielli affogati, arugula salad, primi piatti of Pasta al Forno and dessert of cannoli. All of the dishes were generously proportioned and clearly prepared with very fresh ingredients. The... More

I've come here a few times before. The food is always good. Yet, I never quite feel welcome. It's just me, I guess. To me, there is always a slight...coldness to the space and from the all male wait staff. (Don't mind the all-male thing but it can be a little hyper macho here in the US, I have found.)... More

We had high expectations as we are big fans of Robertos. However, the food was a bit average-- good, I guess, but not amazing. The pizza was not very special, the pasta dish we had was solid but not great, and the sides were a bit lackluster. It is a pretty space although when it is crowded it can seem... More

Three of us went to Little Italy in the Bronx. We had researched a few places. We scrapped our research and found Zero Otto Nove. We never expected the dining room to look like we were dining outside on a street corner in Italy. We had an Italian cold cut and cheese platter and an arugula salad as appetizers. The... More
