The service and the drinks were very good but unfortunately the food was not good. We paid $14 for a ceasar salad and I don't think they knew how to make a good salad.

Enjoyed Western on a Saturday afternoon. Female bartender was awesome gave us local flair info and great service. Live music on Saturday night (also Friday) Will def go back next time in Callicoon

Attractive room overlooking the main street of this cute town. The bar and dining room are separate - a good thing, in my opinion. We liked our drinks both nights; small but interesting wine selection too. We recommend the salads (add a protein or you'll...leave hungry); the burger - excellent local beef and good matchstick fries; the smoked trout appetizer; and the penne with smoked prosciutto. This hotel is a hidden gem in deep in the woodsy town on the Delaware River. We stopped at the Inn for a light repast and was pleasantly surprised by the interesting small plate menu. Beet salad had one small cut up beer, goat cheese could not be found, and a lot of bitter sandy greens. Skirt steak was overdone and on top of something that seemed like Russian dressing with a sauce on top. Horrible. Trout was the smallest...fish I ever saw. My goldfish was bigger. We laughingly called it the fish stick dinner. Muscles were good and kale salad were good, but whole experience was so not worth the money.More

I should have added in the titke besy cocktail in town! Sunrise cocktail is awesome. We like the new menu. Restaurant and especially the terrace, is so relaxing. Food is really good and service friendly. Highly recommended at anytime!
