Great old fashioned ice cream shop! I had a sundae which was tasty and my husband had the best vanilla milkshake ever! We loved sitting at the old fashioned counter while we enjoyed our treats. We were traveling alone, but this would be a great spot for families with young children.

We stopped in for brunch but missed it by about 5 minutes. We were sad to miss brunch but not for long! The sandwiches we ordered were FANTASTIC! Thankfully we had time the next morning to stop in for brunch and it was equally as good as their lunch. It is such a lovely place with all the old signs.... More

This place is quaint, top quality, and prfect for a small family or big crowd; we brought 25 college students and everyone was more than satisfied. Great products, great service, delightful environment!

Splurge and have a Reuben or a Rachael, but be sure to save room for ice-cream! Always excellent soups, too!

Have the Caramel apple nut pie. You won't regret it! Fantastic. Kids had milkshakes or a sundae. Huge portions. Nice gift shop upstairs too.

Had a grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough bread w/Pumpkin Butternut Bisque, very good. Atmosphere very nostalgic, has a soda fountain bar. A step back in time, loved it!

Stopped in for breakfast 2 days in a row. Some interesting choices on the menu including oatmeal with walnuts and maple syrup which was quite tasty. One waitress was taking care of all the tables and was doing an excellent job. The wait for the food was very reasonable. The only downside was my wife noticed a funny sort of... More

Interesting place for breakfast or lunch. It use to be an old school house, turned into a restaurant. The food is excellent. I can become very crowded. There is a gift shop in the building with old time candies.

Had a fun time here for lunch. Nice menu and we were happy with our rubuens but even happier with the nostalgic surroundings. Didn't have room for desserts, but they looked awesome.

Thank Linda J

We are a family owned business that opened in 1990. Our restaurant specializes in soups, sandwiches, salads. All food is prepared from scratch, in the summer we grow our vegetables/herbs organically in our garden. Located upstairs you will find a unique clothing boutique and gift shop. We are open 7 days a week with extended hours in the summer.
