Stopped in with my family for lunch. Service was very good and attentive. The food was definitely and 4.7 out of 5. Home cooked beef stew was fabulous. Prices were also very reasonable. Actually went back a second time for their home-made chicken soup.

Small town customer service, friendly, neighbor to neighbor welcome. The food has always been great in my many meals. Love the sausage gravy.

The breakfast choices were varied and good. The coffee and roast beef hash were excellent, as were the eggs. The waitress was charming and helpful. The location was convenient for the baseball museum.

A plus above standard diner fare. The atmosphere was quick and bustling. A little too squeezed in for my comfort but my husband did not mind it.

I'm guessing the kitchen just isn't large enough to do it differently. If they had a weekend buffet geared to volume breakfast food that might also be a factor.
