Great crepes, quick, baked goods, wraps. Bubble Tea! Center of Market St shopping district. 4 types of coffee. Comfortable seating with good view of the street.

It appears that this bakery is one of the local's favorite. Poppleton is becoming my favorite place to visit in Corning. I look foward to go there everytime I visit my family in Painted Post.

When visiting our family cabin in Tioga County we love visiting Corning, NY. We decided to grab lunch at Poppleton Bakery. The savory crepes and service were awesome. The quiche looked inviting so we purchased some for breakfast the next day. Cannot wait to have the chocolate dipped almond macaroons for dessert after dinner tonight. We will definitely return to... My wife and I stopped in Poppleton's after visiting the Corning Museum. This place was GREAT!!! To start off with, they offered us a sample of their Hot Chocolate-very rich but so good. Yes, we both got one of those. I also got a Peanut Butter Buckeye and this square Pecan Bar-which that was beyond Great!!! My wife is Gluten... More

I had a slice of the chocolate oblivion cake (which happens to be gluten free). It was a large slice and super rich and dense. I am usually good to the last bite with my desserts and this was so rich I couldn't even finish. They also offer lunch. Cute atmosphere and the staff was friendly.

Frankly, I felt like I'd left Corning and entered an overpriced, big city, snob center. It just wasn't impressive at all for the money and just made me miss the real bakery that used to be in Corning.

My sister and I popped into this Bakery and Cafe for a quick bite, and it was wonderful! We had the crepes and soup, and it's one of the best meals around. I was also surprised by how reasonably priced it was for such delicious food. My only regret is that I didn't get their pastries. I can't wait to... More

We stopped in for some baked treats as we cheered on family member runners in the Wineglass Marathon. Very yummy cupcakes! We sat at the "bar" facing the street, a perfect spot for Marathon watching and people watching.

This cute restaurant has wonderful scones and unique wraps such as turkey with cranberry. If you like soup this is the place to try as I haven't ever had soup I didn't like. This is a counter service restaurant but worth it. Limited seating but many patrons are carrying out their meal. Save room for one of their homemade baked... More
