This bustling Pizza "parlor" is located in a busy shopping mall off the Whitestone Expressway in "Flushing-Whitestone-College Point" .They serve an excellent slice of thin crust pizza unlike ant you may have experienced before. The staff here is "gruff but loveable". In other words--take you pie and git! Too busy here for small talk.

Another place that is a supposed spin-off of the legendary Gloria's Pizzeria of Flushing. This place is a step up from Lucia's in my humble opinion. The crust was good, excellent sauce and a perfect amount of cheese and a sufficient amount of grease to run down your arm as well. The place is a small hole in the wall... More

I love getting a couple of slices at this place. It is small, but it has character and they know how to make pizza. They have other Italian food on the menu, but I have only had their pizza. I do wish they would put paper towels or a new hand dryer in the rest room.

If you think you've had good pizza recently, sorry to tell you but... you haven't till you've had theirs. This place no matter who makes the pizza has the same great taste. The lines are out the door a majority of the time and if your lucky to see an empty table grab it cause it won't last long. To... More

Went in search of a taste memory. During high school I would visit Gloria Pizza on Main Street in Flushing. A great slice fo 15 cents (20 with a drink!). Amore is supposed to be run by former Gloria folks. Hot out of the oven, the crust is super crunchy, covered wit a thin layer of sweet red sauce &... More

Looking for a quick pizza break? This is the place. Pizza fresh and pretty tasty. In and out; no worries if you are on a time limit lunch break. If not on a lunch break enjoy a cold beer with your slice

Best pizza in town. Have to go there before and after I go to LGA. Order a pie, I guarantee you you can eat the whole pie yourself. You cant go wrong ordering anything there. It'll be packed but the wait is worth it.

When you go into a pizzeria and you notice that almost everybody is having "plain" cheese pizza, no special toppings, that's a pretty good sign that this is really good pizza, and that is what Amore has - REALLY good pizza. Also, when the line to order goes out the door, they're selling something people want. So that's the story.... More
