I have during the years been eating here 3 times. The food was allways o.k. But not as good as the prices make you expect. And we allways wated some time. This last time it was terribbely hot. The stuff gave us right, but did not bring a fan before we especially asked for it. The atmosphere is a try... More

Lovely food, but not as nice as we expected..very slow and no atmosphere here. Stifling hot in the evening....overrated in my opinion.

We ate here a three times, excellent fish, as you are outside, no air con, we arrive late one night and had to wait a while for the food, but worth when it arrived, place was packed that night, the girls loved the desserts too.

Nice food but very dark in there so the dim lights drew in all the bugs in Gambia ..at one point they were raining down on our heads

Delicious food! We visited here as we were staying in the Kombo beach hotel over the road. The steak melted in our mouths, not much in the way of lighting but we could see what we were eating and it tasted gorgeous.

We stayed in Kotu last year, we visited this lovely restaurant. The owners could not be faulted, the staff were fast with food and drinks. They really could not be more helpful! They even walked us back to the main area of town (for free, no expectations of a tip). I would 100% recommend this place. No, it isn't the... More

This used to be an atmospheric little beach bar, with leather settees and live music. In recent years it has been "improved", to provide more covers and more space. As a result it now lacks atmosphere (not unusual for the Gambia) and is frequently almost deserted, although the addition of an open air extension overlooking the beach provides a nice... More
