The ambience and everything in the restaurant has a pleasing sense. The food is delicious, some dishes take some time (like the fish in salt). Everything was fine except for the detail the didn't tell the oven was not working correctly and let my friend...More

I've visited this restaurant many years ago, (at its beginnings) My visit Aug.2016 was quite disappointing. Food wise: I ordered pork shank, It tasted as if it was prepared many days ago and kept refrigerated for a long time (You could taste the flavour of...More

El Caserío is not only a restaurant to me, it is an experience that I have decided to share with friends and colleagues. Fabada asturiana and most importantly Lechón a la Segoviana are things you have to try. Not cheap, but so worth it.
