Those are the words I would use to sum up Arunee Thai. Don't let the posh decor fool you. The quality of the food/service is substandard. It's almost a Chinese version of Thai, that's how greasy it can be. Some things they do are edible - the penang curry, pineapple fried rice and tom kha gai soup, but for the... More
great Thai food complemented by awesome cocktails. if you are looking for good authentic thai food in the neighborhood, go check it out.
We went for takeout because we had a baby with us, but the decor is elegant and I would like to go back there for dinner. The food was excellent. We ordered Pad See Ew, stuffed chicken wings, and a variety of other specialties, all yummy.

Friendly staff - Gave a 4 Star rather then a 5 Star due to a longer than usual time for the appetizers to arrive. Will definitely visit again when out for Thai food in Jackson Heights.

Unfortunately, Arunee Thai, you have let me down :( Let me qualify this by saying that I didn't dine in but got my food to go and that may have altered the quality of the... More
This thai place has the best Massaman curry of any thai place I've been to in the city. It is simply delicious. Many of the other dishes are not bad either...
