We stopped in for a late breakfast after finding out our favorite, Babalu's, is closed in February. We haven't been here in years (before the fire) and expected the place to shine a little...Nope, looks as if they wiped off the soot and started serving. Breakfast was ok and might have improved a lot if the service and atmosphere was... More

An old, yet charming, downtown family diner. Located very close to the Lucille Ball Museum, we stopped here for lunch. The staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. We tried the chicken and biscuits and a chicken wrap. Both were large portions. Good food at a VERY reasonable price. The restaurant definitely had a hometown feel and there were... More

I LOVE the Hungarian tomato soup and the fries are pretty good too. If you are looking for 5 star treatment this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a diner that makes great food at a pretty good price, this is the place for you.

We had take out lunch. They have rigatoni with meatball or sausage every Tuesday and Thursday. Food was delicious, especially the sauce.

Old fashioned diner with good food and service, located a block from the Lucy and Desi Museum. Don't expect linen tablecloths, but the food is good and very reasonably priced.

This place is a traditional, old school diner. You are only a stranger once. They prepare the food to order & accommodate special requests. The prices are fair & the staff is friendly. Good old fashioned food.

Went for lunch when in town from out of state. I had been dropped off to see the Lucy Desi Museum. No car. Ordered a BLT and then added a slice of heavenly banana cream pie. When I reached for my wallet I realized I had left it at the motel about 10 miles away, so I explained my error... More

Stopped in for lunch on the Open Doors Saturday. My first choice was not available. Tuna salad was poor...not much taste very skimpy no chips or anything with it. The omelet my friend had looked good. She had to ask for jelly for her toast. My granddaughters fries were very good. Staff was friendly & knew most of the other... More

There was fire next door on January 5, 2014. Not sure of the damages but not a total loss. Sad for Jamestown.
