Locally well known as the place to go for an excellent meal. Dining pace will be leisurely - not the place to go if in a hurry. Staff is very friendly. Parking is limited. May want to call for dinner reservations. Have also been here...More

Don't be in a rush. It is a local restaurant, mostly for local couples, families and groups. many regulars, always a good sign. The menu has been researched and it is always difficult to make a choice, also a good sign. It is effectively worth...More

I've only ordered from the regular menu a couple times, and it was definitely good. We usually go on the theme nights, especially Mexican night. It's easily the best Tex-Mex I've had outside of Texas. The platter for two is a great deal with a...More

There is no dress code, but proper decorum suggests you dress neat and appropriate for a nice dinner and of course age appropriate.

Description
Building dates from the 1700ds very old. Some original details have been saved. Family operated. It has a dining room and a bar section. Very inviting friendly staff, flexible with adapting to your individual wishes. Wine list is not very adventures, wines by the glass and full bar Interior changes with the season. Good menu with daily changing specials. I would call the style, european with a french twist. Catering is possible Have had dinner in this restaurant several times, never been disappointed so far. With not much choice in Johnstown this place is amust to try... Prices are some what high end, however very reasonable for what is served, portions are big.
