Me and spouse went for our monthly date night. Server was attentive but not properly trained and didn't seem to have general knowledge about menu. Drink special which was good was served in a cheap plastic cocktail glass/flute. Salad bar was ok.. we ordered two steaks and two sides. Steaks were ok, I've had far superior steaks at other local... Roudigan's has definitely gone downhill over the past few years. We went as a family of 3 for dinner on a Sunday evening. We arrived at 6:10 and asked for the Early Bird menu (which ends at 6). The greeter/host checked with the Manager (who never saw or talked with us). We were told that the Manager would not approve... More

Directly off the New York State Thruway. They have a great salad bar, awesome steaks and delicious desserts.

Family establishment. Food is good. Disappointed last two times. Not the same atmosphere with new staffing.

We stopped for lunch at 12:30 on a Thursday. No customers in the restaurant. The hostess told us the chef had stepped out and wouldn't be back for awhile. She told us we could wait but the bar was closed and she didn't know how to fix a drink. We left and continued on to Newburgh where we had a... More

My seminar listed Roudigan's Steakhouse as where it would be help. It was actually a conference room in the Quality Inn. It was a bit confusing but very nice.

Used to love this place as somewhere to get a great steak, but it has certainly has gone downhill. Last three visits a member of my party has had to return food due to over cooking, undercooking or some other complaint. Has a small basic salad bar that is refreshed regularly and specials that are usually very good. I miss... More

We enjoyed our dinner tonight at Roudigan's. It was recommended to us by the desk clerk at our motel, and she was right! I had the smaller cut (8 oz) filet mignon, cooked very rare (and was interested to learn that it is also available "Pittsburgh style" - barely grilled on the edges and virtually raw inside). Mine was perfectly... More

We were reluctant to go there, thinking it was connected with the Quality Inn next door (where we had a horrible experience) but it is not connected. Amanda, our waitress, was friendly and accommodating. Our breakfast came quickly and was delicious. Highly recommended.

Why is this place open for business? Went for a celebration and we were seated. In the end of it all we were at the restaurant for 2 hours and most of that was time delays in the kitchen, the server had our table (3) and then a table of 10+ across the room, and just no one designated to... More

I am disheartened to see the title of your review. I am sorry that you left our establishment with issues that could have been remedied. We decided to change our wine list for the season and chose not to give out a list that was misleading or one with cross-outs. The server could have most definitely written you a list... More
