We have been celebrating several nights this Valentine's week and one of these evenings we stopped at our local RL. As always, they delivered the expected excellent customer service and awesome seafood you expect from them. We haven't been here in a while, but they still remembered us BY FIRST NAME! Kudos! Girl, that's why we always leave great tips.... More

I enjoy going to my local Red Lobster--the food is always great, the service is always superb, and I always leave satisfied, and usually with enough for a second meal. Well worth the money, well worth the time in the restaurant.

Went there for dinner last night. The food was awesome but had the feeling that our waiter was in a hurry for us to leave. The place was not full and it was about 7pm. Our plates were being cleared as we were eating. He literally took my bowl that he gave me for mussel shells and crab shells out... More

This is the best Red Lobster I have ever eaten in!!! I've eaten in a number of Red Lobster restaurants around the U.S., but this one beats all the others by miles! Seriously delicious lobster tail, crab claws and sauteed shrimp. Unlimited cheese buttered biscuits. Prompt, professional and friendly service. Very clean too. Highly recommended.

I was in Kingston shopping and my wife and we decided to take advantage of the "Unlimited Shrimp" special at this restaurant. The interior has a very minimal nautical theme, unlike the Colonie,NY restaurant which makes you feel as if you're on a ship. Nevertheless, the shrimp were good, especially the new siracha-garlic variety. It was not very busy at... More

It is a chain. Though I keep expecting something more. Maybe food that is as delicious as it appears to be in the commercials. Had the fish special… not very tasty. Service was good.

I went here recently to use up a gift card against my better judgement. At one time, Red Lobster served decent food at a fair price, but changes have taken place over the last several years that have made me think twice about going here. The prices continue to increase, while the quality of food gets worse. The biscuits, which... More

Went with a friend a day ago. Both of us ordered dishes containing lobster tails and shrimp. The commercials on television show these items as being juicy and succulent. In reality, both the lobster and the shrimp were cooked to the point bordering on dry and tough. Sad to say, the service was somewhat lacking as well. At the beginning... More
