I'm not too keen with the service although it's a new owner and the name has been changed to Sage Roadhouse. When I walked in the morning, the light was not turned on. I asked if they could turn the lights on, one of the waitress said, "It's bright enough." The waitresses were tasting the drinks and complaining it did... More

Retuned for our favourite dish, macaroni cheese. We were not disappointed and the service was excellent. Started with a day special, lentil and ham soup. It was very tasty. We look forward to returning soon.

Enjoyed our meal and had fun with the atmosphere. Tight quarters if you aren't from nyc but overall a solid value.

What a great find! Our table had four (4) Bona fide foodies all had dinner together. Carefully prepared and delicious. A wine list to die for. Organic choices for both food and beverage. High quality food and service at a great price. Go there! The subway is right there, take the 7 train to Court House Square. Manhattanites, you gotta... More

The sage general store now must be along one of the finer dining places in LIC. Their new menu is a little pricey, but every bite in each dish was beyond expectations. Ch errs to the new chefs taking this old establishment and revamping it into a dining experience for the ages.

This was the first stop on a food tour of Long Island City. We were served their 5 cheese mac and cheese. It was an excellent way to begin! The food was tasty and I look forward to returning to try more of the many superb looking faire on the menu!

It's my last lunch after a 3-week staying and eating all over Manhattan. Long Island City eatery is growing, clueless in what pace. This one is just a nice addition, nothing special. Both the fish taco and kale salad with almond are good. We drunk Esperella, a gluten-free Spanish beer they stock. It's smallish, small but focused menu. Good price... More

I quite enjoy coming here for brunch. One of the best places in LIC area - esp around the CITI building. Thinking back on my last brunch, I want to head there right now.

over priced. Went for brunch, - very crowded with cold draft from front door. Ordered French toast, arrived with whipped cream and maple syrup, lots of grapes and not enough berries! Coffee was luke warm and no offer to refill. BLT was good, - but needed something other than salad with it. Considering lettuce and tomato are already on the... More

Wonderfully whimsical decor, extremely warm and friendly staff, excellent food! Went there for Sunday brunch with party of 8 in my family, and they were most accommodating, including making things comfortable for my wheelchair-using mother. No doubt that we will return on future trips to NYC.
