Really tasty brunch. Quality guac. Lovely restaurant. Nice staff. Reasonably priced. Would happily visit there again!

We absolutely LOVE coming here! We were served this time and last time by Estuardo and he is just as fabulous as the dishes that are served here. I'm not too big on chorizo but the chorizo tacos are excellent! The ribs and carne asada are just superb. Compliments to the chef and the staff for great customer service, great... More

This place is great! Great cocktails, and really tasty dishes! We enjoyed of course guacamole with tortilla chips and several small dishes with steak and chorizo because we were late. The entrees on tables around us looked really good. The flavours were great and the price very fair. Be sure to take any of the daily cocktails you won't be... More

A fun restaurant that manages to serve first-rate Mexican. This place is a known local landmark and draws a nice crowd. Inventive, imaginative food; don't go if you want only the tired refried beans and sour cream!

I went to this restaurant this past Sunday around 5 pm. When I walked in noticed there were many people seated with approximately 2 tables unoccupied. I asked for a table, dinner for a party of 3. The hostess took awhile to study her computer screen only to tell me that she had tables reserved. The only thing she could... More

My boyfriend and I spent a couple hours here on a Saturday around brunch time. It doesn't look much from the outside, but they have an awesome conservatory type sitting area in the back. The mimosas were great, and the guava cocktail special was amazing. The guacamole was great so definitely get an order for the table!

Wow! A Mexican restaurant with a Michelin Star rating. They lived up to our expectations in every way. I'm not sure how far in advance you need to call for reservations. But you can get in without a reservation at 5:00 or 5:30, or even later if you are willing to wait for some time to be seated. We were... More

Great tacos, creamy guacamole, well-informed staff, and strong drinks. A great combination. Only drawback is the rushed service -- they clearly want you to eat up and leave quickly, as all our plates (and some of our drinks) were cleared before we had finished. We let it go with the food, but we had to get up from our seats... More

Fab, authentic Mexican in LIC, and, judging from the fill-to-capacity space, New York agrees. We tried several appetizers: the super creamy guacamole, the crab tostadas, and the chilis and corn cooked in mexican cheese and cream. Great mole and salasa verde topped wonderful main courses, and the best tres leches cake ever rounded out the meal. Definitely will be back.

Had a 1-day layover in NYC and this was the only thing on the itinerary. The service was OK, but the star of the place is the food. Everything was perfectly seasoned and so tasty. A little surprised by the Michelin Star, but the food was amazing!
