Excellent breakfast! There was a lot to choose from the extensive menu. I did not go wrong either the cup O’Benny. All the others in my party had the very responsibly priced two eggs, hash browns and toast with some add ons which included a very generous portion of bacon. The staff was pleasant and prompt. The environment was very neat and clean. I would highly recommend this place when you are in the area.

Have been here times and it never disappoints. Breakfasts and lunches always plentiful and delicious. The service is top notch. No wonder this place is always busy. The portions are huge but we appreciate they have a "bird-like appetite" offering of a half sandwich and a side. Perfect. I hope they continue to offer that.
You can't go wrong here!

standard Diner Breakfast and Lunch but unique offerings; I had the pot o bennie which is like potato skins served egg benedict style. service is good; family owned but doesn't seem to have homemade baked goods; great location for diner and was sad when Malta closed but happy to see the Ugly Rooster take over. Wife had French toast which she though was very good.

Don’t go if you do not have time to sit and wait . We went on a Sunday around 11am waited 45min to be seated than another hour before we got our order . I’m sorry an hour for eggs and a turkey club it’s Unacceptable. Waitress keep apologizing, and just kept saying sorry we’re understaffed.

I ate a simple breakfast eggs, toast and home fries. I have to say the home fries had a great Flavor probably the Best of having a long time. My friend Cats fried green tomatoes and they were Delicious. The service is excellent.

Very busy almost all the time, and appropriately so. Always good service, interesting and diverse menu, and the best homemade corned beef hash in the area. It also has the most gluten free options, including waffles, without charging extra!
We’ve also enjoyed excellent lunches here.
Consistently very good.

We were looking for a place for lunch while traveling north to Glens Falls. We stopped by this place for the first time. It was surprisingly good food and service.The only problem was that they said potato salad was available, but it was not. I had the Ruben with fries and it was very good. Would recommend as a place to stop.

Fabulous service, went there for breakfast, chicken fried steak. With looked to be homemade marble rye toast, two scrambled eggs and home fries. Well worth the trip if passing through Malta

The food was plentiful and very good. We both had omelets. Servers were attentive and well-informed. The atmosphere emphasized the quirky name given to the franchise.

I can see why I had to drive around the parking lot 3 times to find a place to park.
Just a stones throw from Saratoga Race Track I went in just because of the name. My tummy is glad I did. Great service and food. If you are looking for a burger or chicken don't look for those names in the header (check my pictures). I only with they had a t shirt on my size.

Don’t let the name fool you. This is a fine example of the classic American dinner. Estimated wait was accurate, ordering to eating was short, and the service was just as great as the food.

This is a very busy place that can easily accommodate larger groups. Many breakfast selections but food was average.
No real maple syrup for pancakes, waffles, etc.

This restaurant, located in the former Malta Diner, only opened in July, 2021. Their first location is in Mechanicville. We thought the food was just OK. My friend & I ordered 2 breakfast dishes & decided that we'd each have half, in order to try both. When placing my order, I told our waiter that I liked my bacon crisp. I don't think I needed to bother though as the bacon in my Hen Peck 3 of Your Own omelet was minced so finely that I had to look to see whether they'd forgotten to add it as an ingredient in my omelet. The tiny bacon pieces were the size of Bacon Bits. My friend ordered Cop O' Benny, Eggs Benedict with bacon & hollandaise in a crisp potato cup (i.e., potato skin). Although it did sound yummy, the menu description was better than the execution. While it did taste good, the poached eggs were cooked to the consistency of hard boiled eggs; they weren't runny at all! Lastly, my friend who loves coffee said her coffee was weak. Now although other breakfast items might be better, I can only comment on what we had... On the positive side, I liked my marble rye toast, our waiter, Mike, was very good, & the 82 year old hostess was friendly (actually quite a pip)! Heads up that as this restaurant is located by a roundabout, you should be alert regarding where to pull into their parking lot.
