A friend recommended this place as I would be in the area @ Orvis. The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was also good. The beer menu needs some updating. A few true IPAs would be good start. I will certainly return.
Stopped in this little restaurant while on our way to a winery. Nearly everyone had an open-faced sandwich, and all were full of favor--delicious! Nice, cozy place with friendly staff. Chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and cookies.

Stopped by for lunch. The arctic char was cooked perfectly. Restaurant is cozy with a brick oven. Meals are cooked to order. What a lovely experience.
This little charmer is unpretentious, serving good, simple food (sometimes simple is best). When I want a break from all the haute cuisine nonsense (foam of what?), I head here. No rushed service -- so chill out and enjoy it. Have a cookie.
