Wonderful dining experience. The quality is in the ingredients and the attention to detail is not overlooked! Plenty of vegetarian options mean that I will certainly be returning to Gomen Kudasai again and again.

We stopped in for dinner on a weekday. Gomen-Kudasai is almost hidden away at the end of a strip mall. The menu had choices for all appetites, and we were surprised at how much of the menu came from very local sources. Our waitress was...More

We made reservations for our party of 3 at 5:45pm on a Saturday night. First off, it is a little difficult to find at night since it's at the end of the strip mall, but just look out for that turn. It seemed empty when...More

I love this place. I don't really want to tell you about it because I never want to have to wait for a seat. But the Soup, Noodles, Rice Bowls are excellent. They have a great Vegan menu too for those friends that don't eat...More

Stopped in for dinner during a weekend trip to the Catskills. Pleasantly surprised with a solid offering of Soba and Udon, along with well executed small plates (selection of pickled items is great). We happened to come on a night with live music, which was...More

The food is authentic Japanese. They even pride themselves on offering organic, local and rare Japanese dishes. They offer vegan options, which is incredible, and even their kids' meals are authentic and tasty. I tried their matcha bubble tea with soy milk, and though it...More

"Umami" is a flavor that found in many Japanese dishes which deepers and rounds out the taste. This leaves a deep sense of satisfaction. Prior to opening Gomen-Kudasai, I have developed my original "Kaeshi" Mother Sauce. Our "Kaeshi" fermentation takes 6 months before going into our broth and finally into your bowl of noodle soup full of "Umami" and incredible healing power. Thanks to our true Umami, all of our dishes are served to you MSG-FREE.

Kazuma and I would like to share our belief of "E-Shoku-Doh-Gen: Food is the Best Medicine" through our noodle soup. Please enjoy noodling with us!
