Disappointed. After traveling for nearly 4 hrs we stopped there for dinner and the people were really nice. I like vegetarian options and they lacked that. So we left.

The food was great, the accommodations were well thought out with regard to Covid 19. Servers pleasant, food good. I would go back for the ice cream shop.

Was very impressed with Basil & Wick's preparedness around Covid restrictions. We enjoyed a great lunch outside and felt very safe as the staff was top notch. Highly recommend.

Thanks for noticing! The safety of our staff and customers (along with great food and service!) is our priority during these uncertain times. Your feedback and kind words keep us going! Jane

We stopped here after the rail bike. Very safe with covid, ordered burger and chicken with fries, and frozen margaritas in pouches, all very tasty. We sat outside socially distancing. Friendly staff, great food. Will definitely go back.

Stopped in while staying locally. We were seated quickly and the menu has a bit of variety. We enjoyed the sandwiches and I was even able to get a gluten-free bun which is a huge plus! I enjoyed my burger greatly! The owner was very...personable. I will be back for sure if in the area again!More

We've been customers for many years, but hadn't been there for a while. The service was good, and the hamburgers were good. I ordered fries with the $12 dollar basil burger for 2.50 extra and received about 10 fries. Way less than we used to...get. Worse yet, my son ordered the shrimp scampi for $22 and the portion size looked VERY light. It seemed like the cook must have decided to gather up the very last of the scampi/pasta and make an entree out of it. Very disappointing as we remember more generous servings. After our meal, we went to the gas station across the street for two slices of pizza for my son. The menu has changed too with way fewer items listed. My wife was looking forward to a reuben sandwich but it was no longer on the menu. We won't be returning customers.More

Great meal while visiting Gore Mountain. Visited on a quiet Monday night only to be pleasantly surprised with a full turkey dinner as an offering. Done to perfection.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a family get together of 10 adults and 3 children, and the wait staff was extremely patient and efficient. The menu was large and servings even larger.

My husband and I sat at the bar for dinner on Friday night. The restaurant was popping. There was live music. We ordered the pork cigars and wedge salad as starters. My husband had the steak and I had the baked scrimp scampi. Everything hit...the spot! Attentive and friendly bartenders. Great ambiance. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family in the area!More

I agree. It isn't too vegan friendly. I am sure if they aren't busy they would be able to accommodate as much as possible though. I would suggest The Inn at Gore Mountain as well.
