We visited Daphne on the last week of October when Santorini is not that busy any more. In fact, when we got there there were only 2 busy tables. We ordered one set menu (tzatziki, tomato salad, moussaka and dessert of the day for €12) and one Greek salad. The food initially came quite quickly but as soon as a... More

We recently had a lovely visit to Fira and planned to have a look around and a bite to eat. A lot of the cafes and restaurants were busy, which is how we ended up at Daphne Casserole. First impressions were clean and friendly but quickly over shadowed by the slow service and small portions. We ordered Diet Coke's that... More

We went for lunch when there was only one staff member on for the day. Poor thing! He was very busy and very apologetic. The food was good and super cheap. No complaints.

Ordered the mussels, they were decent but there was like 4 of them. The moussaka was lukewarm and bland. It was later so perhaps caught at a bad time.

Had lunch here on a sunny day. Nice upstairs lounge area with good food for low prices! Loved the carbonara. The waiter was really nice too!

Located upstairs on a corner of one of the main lanes in Fira, this is actually a not bad local restaurant. We had aubergine with mince on it, stuffed vine leaves, babaganouch and tzatziki along with a litre of local house wine. The flavours were excellent. Dinner was €34 which Imthoughtvwas pretty good value.

We came here multiple times during our stay because it was so good the first time. Tastes like a home-cooked meal every time. Also very affordable so you can get lots of different things. And waiter is super nice. All in all I would strongly recommend!

The cheapest restaurant in Fira. Menu with typical traditional Greek food and it tastes delicious, good and cheap wine as well. Friendly and kind personnel.

As the title says, this is a trap. A bad episode: they use "fake" olive oil in the tables. When I asked the waiter he gave me a little smile and took it. Never came back. Don't go there and try instead some other restaurant.
