My husband and I wanted to find a place to eat where we could see the progress of the new TZ Bridge and found 2 Spear Street. We went for a late lunch at 3pm and had the place to ourselves including a great booth that faced the river and the bridge. We ordered salad with grilled shrimp and flank... More

We had a Family brunch her on a Sunday and really enjoyed it. The Hummus combo was very interesting and each of us found they like one more than the rest .Never heard of Pesto Hummus but liked it although I do not like Pesto on my Pastas. Guacamole was adequate. We ordered Pasta , Omelettes , Lobster rolls, Chicken... More

2 Spear is a lovely restaurant located near the TappanZee bridge over the Hudson River with indoor & outdoor seating. This restaurant & it' related catering facility called Nyack Seaport are owned & operated by the Rubino family. Food & service were great & although a bit pricey worth the cost. Full bar & ample parking.

My friend and I went to Nyack for the July 4 holiday and after finding virtually every other fine dining restaurant in town closed, we asked the two people cordoning off a parking lot about getting a dinner reservation. One told us they were overbooked for the evening. We asked if we could eat earlier (it was about 5:15 pm... More

We have been there three or four times with friends and the menu is really great. The portions are fine dining sized and the prices are a bit much but the food is excellent as is the service, the setting and the attractive dinning room.

We have eaten there before and liked it, but this meal was very disappointing. The mussels had too much anise and not enough garlic, In addition, many of the shells were empty. We expected to find the mussels in the bottom of the dish, but they were obviously still in the cooking pot. The pork chops, which had an interesting... More

A nice place near the river. The food is fantastic as is the service. An interesting but small menu. A nice variety of wines and mixed drinks were excellent. Tried a bone in filet with a coffee dry rub that was out of this world. Worth the trip and I am looking forward to my next visit.

. Sitting on the Nyack waterfront with a great view and an ambulance that's even better. Our server Patrick guided us through the specials and showed a detailed knowledge of their preparation. We chose a bottle of Pinot Gregio that proved to be wonderful. Lobster and Crab stuffed Mushrooms in a delicious cheese sauce was sinfully good. Twin Broiled Brazilian... More
